Five years ofunbroken cover
A wheelset is a promise you make to the road. Ours lasts five years from the day it leaves us. Ride it hard, ride it far — if the rim gives up while you're on it, we replace it. We would rather you spend the season riding than negotiating.
What we cover
Five year no-fault ride cover
Crack it, ding it, case it on a rock at speed — if it happened while riding, we replace the rim. No forensics, no lecture, no invoice.
Five year defect cover
Anything that came from our hands rather than the trail — layup, bonding, finish, hub or spoke faults — is ours to make right.
Rebuild included
Replacement rim, spokes and nipples as required, rebuilt, tensioned and trued by the same hands that laid the first one.
Freight both ways
We cover shipping to us and back to you within the country of purchase. The wheel travels, you don't.
What we don't
- Damage from vehicle impact, transport racks, freight handling or a fall in the shed
- Wear items: bearings, freehub bodies, rim tape, valves, brake or tyre wear
- Wheels modified, re-drilled, re-laced by another builder, or run outside stated tyre and pressure limits
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect the structure of the rim
- Wheels obtained second hand — cover is for the original rider, non-transferable
How a claim is made

Send word. Email support@ridewam.com with your order number and photographs of the wheel in question.

We answer within two working days with a claim number and a freight label.
- 03
Box the wheel, send it to the flock. We assess, rebuild or replace.
- 04
Your wheel returns trued, tensioned, taped and valved — ready to ride out again.
Spares, forever after
Past five years the cover ends, but the wheel doesn't. Rims, spokes, nipples, bearings and freehub bodies stay available at cost plus build, for as long as the flock keeps flying. Nothing we make is designed to be thrown away.
